PROFESSIONAL OR ARTISTIC AFFIDAVITS
Professional and artistic services affidavits are no longer filed with the Auditor General's Office as a result of Public Act 96-795, effective July 1, 2010, which amended Section 20-80 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/20-80].
NOTE: Effective July 1, 2005, historical numbers for Fiscal Years 2001 through 2005 have, in some instances, been updated based on a comprehensive review of all filings. Agencies are directed to the Comptroller's Accounting Bulletins Numbers 123 and 124, each issued May 6, 2005, for further information and instructions about the proper filing of Professional and Artistic Services Affidavits and Late Filing Affidavits.
