Two firms’ proposals were lower in price but also lower in total points. For this audit, price was established as being a less important factor in the selection process than the elements represented by technical score.

The proposal by Borschnack, Pelletier & Co. received the highest total points in this competitive selection process.  The proposal was responsible, and the price fair and reasonable.
