Three firms’  proposals were lower in price but also lower in total points. For this audit, price was established as being a less important factor in the selection process than the elements represented by technical score.

The proposal by Kemper CPA Group LLP received the highest total points in this competitive selection process.  The proposal was responsible, and the price fair and reasonable.
