The primary objective of the Office is to deliver quality professional services to all participating counties in full compliance with its legislative mandate. The Office is governed by a Board of Governors consisting of ten State’s Attorneys. There were no material findings of noncompliance disclosed during our examination. ACCOUNTANT'S OPINION We conducted a compliance examination of the Office for the two years ended June 30, 2014, as required by the Illinois State Auditing Act.
