The primary function of the Foundation is to distribute contributions received in the form of grants to increase the awareness of the Illinois Arts Council’s programs and services through publications, public forums, promotional activities and events There were no material findings of noncompliance disclosed during our examination. ACCOUNTANT’S OPINION The accountants conducted a State compliance examination of the Foundation for the two years ended June 30, 2021, as required by the Illinois State Auditing Act. The accountants stated the Foundation complied, in all material respects, with the requirements described in the report. This State compliance examination was conducted by Adelfia LLC.
