The Commission consists of nine commissioners appointed by the five executive branch constitutional officers. The jurisdiction of the Commission extends to all officers and employees of State agencies other than the General Assembly, the Senate, the House of Representatives, the President and Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, the Senate Operations Commission, the legislative support services agencies, and the Office of the Auditor General. The Commission also has jurisdiction over all board members and employees of Regional Transit Boards and the Illinois Power Agency and its staff. There were no material findings of noncompliance disclosed during our examination. ACCOUNTANT'S OPINION We conducted a compliance examination of the Commission for the year ended June 30, 2015, as required by the Illinois State Auditing Act.
