FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

 

     There were no material findings of noncompliance disclosed by our examination tests.  We commend the Agency for its efforts in maintaining an effective system of internal controls.

      We conducted a compliance examination of the General Assembly - Senate as required by the Illinois State Auditing Act.  We have not audited any financial statements of the General Assembly - Senate for the purpose of expressing an opinion because the agency does not, nor is it required to, prepare financial statements.
