Pursuant to Public Act 96-0898, the Authority also granted State tourism grant funds from the non-appropriated Metropolitan Fair and Exposition Authority Grants (941) Fund beginning in Fiscal Year 2011. Our special limited scope compliance examination was restricted to appropriations made by the Illinois General Assembly to the Authority from Fund 377 and Fund 961 and expenditures made from Fund 377, Fund 941 and Fund 961.
