FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS
There were no material findings of noncompliance disclosed during our audit testing. We commend the Supreme Court for maintaining effective fiscal controls. AUDITORS' OPINION The auditors stated the financial statements of the Mandatory Arbitration Fund are fairly presented as of and for the years ended June 30, 2001 and 2000.
