OAG EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

To complete and submit an electronic Illinois OAG application:

1. Click on OAG APPLICATION, then download and save a copy of the fillable form as a PDF file.

2. Save your application as: OAG Application_[your last name]

3. E-mail your completed application as a PDF attachment to Jim Dahlquist at jdahlquist@auditor.illinois.gov.

Please type OAG Application in the subject line of your e-mail.

If you wish to complete your application by hand and mail it:

1. Click on OAG APPLICATION, then print a copy.

2. Completed applications should be mailed to:
