This digest covers the State compliance examination of the Foundation as of and for the two years ended June 30, 2025. There were no material findings of noncompliance disclosed during our examination. The Foundation’s financial statement audit covering the two years ended June 30, 2025 will be released under a separate cover. AUDITOR’S OPINIONS The auditors stated the financial statements of the Foundation as of and for the years ended June 30, 2024, and June 30, 2025, are fairly stated in all material respects. The financial audit was conducted by Adelfia LLC. ACCOUNTANT’S OPINION The accountants conducted a State compliance examination of the Foundation for the two years ended June 30, 2025, as required by the Illinois State Auditing Act. The accountants stated the Foundation complied, in all material respects, with the requirements described in the report. This State compliance examination was conducted by Adelfia LLC.
