ATTORNEY REGISTRATION & DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION OF THE SUPREME COURT OF ILLINOIS

 

Effective March 16, 2022, the Illinois Supreme Court notified the Auditor General
that they have decided the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission
(ARDC) will no longer be audited by the Office of the Auditor General. Since
1992, the ARDC had been audited by the Auditor General’s Office based on
agreement in letters from Chief Justice Miller and Auditor General Holland
referred to as the Comity Letters.
